1st rule of Happiness:
Random luck never lasts long, because it does not depend on you. Only you yourself can create long lasting real Happiness.
2nd rule of Happiness:
Many would like to possess Happiness, but only few decide to go on a quest to find it, to understand what Happiness is and how to be Happy. The quest involves taking responsibility for yourself, exploring what your values are, to find out what happiness means to you. Happiness is often found when and where you decide to seek it.
3rd rule of Happiness:
“Any ideas, plan, or purpose may be placed in the mind through repetition of thought”

You choose which thoughts, that sprout from your mind, you want to repeat and cherish. Whatever you think, it influences the way you feel. It will decide in which direction you are heading and which actions you'll take. Be responsible, choose wisely.
Being in a true state of awareness, knowing who you are and what you really find important in life. And, living a life that is congruent with who you are: when what you think, feel, say and do are in harmony. This state of integrity creates happiness and inner peace.
